The interview process was smooth and good. The approach was very professional. Only thing is, it took around 4 weeks to complete the entire process. Interviewers were friendly and accomodating. I had one telephonic screening at the beginning and then 4 rounds of interview. First round was a Technical interview where I got asked questions related to the technology. Second round was sort of a techno-functional round with the Onsite team. Third round was the Manager round, its more of a getting to know you and organisational fitment assessment kind of an interview. The final round was the HR round, which was similar to the previous round, some questions like Why H&R Block, why am I switching jobs, what excites me in this opportunity, etc. At the end they asked about my salary exepectations. There were no negotiations in this round. On the next day another HR associate called me and told me they were able to get approval for the amount I asked and they topped it with an additional joining bonus which was really nice.
