Usually you'll interview in the office you'll work in. The interviewer will be the office manager. They'll tell you how they run their office and what a CSP actually does in their office. There are a few general questions asked. They are mostly concerned with your customer resolution and retention skills.

I was reached out to after a few months of me submitting my resume to them in a Career fair. Pretty simple and straightforward. It was a part-time position so it will be general.

Great company! I enjoyed working there for the tax season. I learned a lot and everyone was very friendly. It gets extremely busy but it’s rewarding and you gain a lot of knowledge

Interviewed with the manager at one the office locations and she explained details about the job and tasks you would have to do. After the interview, the manager got back to me about the job.
