I applied for an Experienced Tax Professional position after passing their Tax Knowledge Assessment. I got a call from the DGM who asked about my experience with tax preparation. We've discussed pay and location and an offer letter was sent afterwards

It was more of a coffee chat. and the time slot was almost 20 min. Initially the District manager asked for the general details and took feedback for the whole course and session at the Tax Academy. After taking the score and other things he then informed me that let talk about the Coffee Chat, which we do have with the clients at the time of filing their tax returns.

Very quick response to application. Interview was done via video link which was very convenient. Very Friendly and Easy to communicate with. Lisa made the process very pleasant and comfortable.

Via zoom meeting and not so elaborating process if have done course with them. Accounting studies would be best with any customer support or sales experience from past and it’s a seasonal job for around 4 months if you are thinking to take there level 01 course
