Almost everyone who completed class and passed 5 hour state exam was hired. They needed more last year than this upcoming year. District Manager visited tax class the first day to give us details about how things would work if you were interested in employment with the company. Instructors continually reminded us of what we needed to do if we were pursuing employment.Position was applied for online and a "happy" test was also taken as part of application process. Once position applied for online, Kansas City called to schedule interview with District Manager. District Manager was very laid back and welcoming. He asked more get to know the type of person you are questions and threw one of corporates required questions in. Kansas City followed up interview with phone call to offer job and salary. Communication was excellent to keep us informed about process. I wish all job interviews were that easy

Went great! Need tested in order to proceed which one of the learning courses cost 149.00. If you are knowledgeable, you can take another test that just tests your knowledge of taxes and skip paying the fee. Very seasonal work in the beginning.

Easy process, the interview was simple . Question were more based around ability to do customer service tasks. Would not stress about it. The interview was scheduled a month out which was odd but that was the only concern.

Entrevista
It was a fairly easy interview. The interviewer was nice and all but it just does not seem worth the effort and pay. You have to take and pay for classes that are 8 weeks long all for $11 an hour. She did seem a bit pushy trying to get me to enroll but I could as easily work a retail which would be more stable and less work for more money. The amount of money made at this company does not seem like it fairly compensated employees. I told her I would have to review before making a decision.
