Short phone questioning, followed by a 30 minute in person interview. They basically want to see what you are professional, will represent the group will, can talk to be people and take notes on phone calls and general tax knowledge. Previous tax knowledge not required.

I was reached out to after a few months of me submitting my resume to them in a Career fair. Pretty simple and straightforward. It was a part-time position so it will be general.

Great company! I enjoyed working there for the tax season. I learned a lot and everyone was very friendly. It gets extremely busy but it’s rewarding and you gain a lot of knowledge

Interviewed with the manager at one the office locations and she explained details about the job and tasks you would have to do. After the interview, the manager got back to me about the job.
