Super Easy. Applied online. Received a call one day later telling me that they were interested. Interviewed the day after that. The interviewer was very laid back and told me to relax because it was his first time interviewing someone. Questions were very typical of a customer service position (How have you handled an angry customer and what did you do, what have you done to go out of your way to help someone, how have you handled a troubling coworker, etc.).

It was very easy and the interviewer was very friendly and encouraging. Even when I didn’t exactly answer a question well they gave me some feedback on what to do when the situation actually happened.
Pretty basic, two people interview you, ask you to explain your resume and the typical questions of what you would do in xy situation. Pretty easy, not too much pressure.
Interview is usually a single virtual interview with one of two managers. The interview is about 20-30 minutes long. First it starts with simple basic questions, then moves to longer situational questions, and then ended with logistical questions like availability, pay, etc.
