Quick, friendly, but unorganized. Pay wasn't discussed. Realized right before hiring the reason why is, because they under pay. My experience and college education was told to me on being unrecognized. Not only are they under paying for that field work but they are not acknowledging experience level that they are requiring.

I applied online and received a response very quickly. Had one interview where I was asked pretty basic interview questions about what I was looking for in a job. It was a part time seasonal position so the process was very lowkey.

They responded fairly quickly to my application to set up an interview. I felt a bit bombarded in compliments and they sent me an offer suspiciously quickly. Other than that, the interview was a total breeze.
