Friendly interview with office manager. He asked a lot of questions regarding my sales and marketing background. He was interested in how I handled customer relationships in my previous work. He was friendly and funny but asked important questions. He also shared what his expectations were of a first year tax associate. I did not expect, however, to work as many hours as I did.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
