very easy basic questions. they had an example bagging question of how would you bag these 2-4 items together and it’s mostly common sense. interview was quick maybe took 15 minutes max

Group interview that tests your customer service skills. They will sit you in front of many HEB products and ask you to "sell" a product to them as if they were a customer. After that, you will most likely have a one on one interview with the service director where she/he will ask you a couple more behavioral questions and give you an offer at the end of it.
It was thorough and simple. They really cared about the company and wanted the best people for that job. Very delighted to work for this company. I no longer work here but the brotherhood you get from this company is not like any other
