One short phone interview, then one in person. The phone interview asks questions about criminal history and typical interview questions. I was asked to name a time I went above and beyond for a customer.
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, I got in on a staffing agency that was hiring to fill positions for a new store opening. I had a group interview, then a one on one interview and was offered a position.
