Group interview with candidates that have applied for other store positions. Be ready to interact with those around you and get comfortable. They want to see how well you follow instruction, pay attention, and if you handle working in a team well. They want to see creativity, social skills, and mannerism. Come dressed presentable and be ready to participate in group discussion.

Every store is different... but one question could be: "A customer came back and said they wanted to get a refund on some flowers that only lasted a day. They don't have a receipt and paid cash. What do you do?"
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.

They asked about a time when you had to interact with a disgruntled customer
The interview process was pretty straightforward, I got in on a staffing agency that was hiring to fill positions for a new store opening. I had a group interview, then a one on one interview and was offered a position.
