At HEB the hiring process is pretty simple, after your application a manager will reach out to you and ask for an in person interview, during the interview you will be asked a series of behavioral questions and a few questions about your past experience, then you will have a backgroud check and thats it

The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
