It was somewhat like a job fair because I guess so many people applied for the position. They interviewed each candidate separately and once the interview concluded, they let you know if you get to come back for the second round of interviews. Thw second round consisted of a group interview in front of 3-4 managers. After this has concluded they tell you if they want to hire on-by-one.

The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

Entrevista
It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
