After hearing back, I had a virtual, self-paced interview. Afterwards, I was invited to a in person interview where I was offered the position 30 minutes after leaving. It was long but not necessarily difficult.

The hiring process took about two weeks. Which is worth the wait because you get awesome benefits and great pay. I just recently started, yesterday was my first day. I love it and my coworkers and managers are so nice.

Prepare for talk of past work experience and how you’ve excelled in the past when faced with certain obstacles and challenges in the workplace. There is an initial online interview if you do well on the first interview you’ll be notified of a second interview (you will be contacted through email only). The second interview is in person and revolves around the same questions as the first.

Entrevista
Interview was a two part interview, due to the virus it was a solo interview first with two managers. The second interview was with the store manager. Once you finish they do background check which takes 2-3 business days.
