Easy enough-apply online and receive a phone call. Phone leads to a group interview where you might have to jump through hoops and present yourself. However, you are well liked you'll get a personal interview. Some people never receive a phone call and that might be due to their unfavorable background check or a bad impression.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years-unsure whether I was supposed to tell the modest truth or a flamboyant lie.
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, I got in on a staffing agency that was hiring to fill positions for a new store opening. I had a group interview, then a one on one interview and was offered a position.
