After applying online, I got a call about three weeks later for a group interview the following week. Walked into the interview & I was the only one in a suit - everyone else had on Jeans, flip flops etc. We had to draw a pic of what we applied for and saw ourselves doing in the store then describe it. The 2nd question was a group activity doing a commercial advertising a meal deal. The third & final question before individual.interviews was what do you not see yourself doing? During my individual, they told me that the community coordinator position didn't even exist at their store anymore because it wasn't needed at their store (they were planning to open a new store in 2 months). So why call me?! Very unprofessional!!
