very easy basic questions. they had an example bagging question of how would you bag these 2-4 items together and it’s mostly common sense. interview was quick maybe took 15 minutes max

Initially, I went in for a 1:1 interview. Basic questions about character were asked as I had no previous experience related to the job. Once that was passed, I met a senior manager who presented hypothetical scenarios to me in order to gauge my responses to rude customers, store hazards, etc. I was then given a brief demonstration of the proper way to bag groceries before I was supervised bagging at the express line for a couple customers.

It was thorough and simple. They really cared about the company and wanted the best people for that job. Very delighted to work for this company. I no longer work here but the brotherhood you get from this company is not like any other
