Applied online, got a phone call, got a group interview, then a 1 on 1 inter view. Finally got an offer after waiting for a week. The interview questions were very based on scenarios and see how you would react to certain situations

What would you do if a customer gets upset with you because of a price
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
