The interview process from start to finish was very seamless, I applied on LinkedIn initially and then followed with a video interview, then was invited to their 'Assessment Day' at their HQ. I unfortunately couldn't attend due to prior commitments which meant I did the interview and presented a task on Zoom instead. I didn't feel at a disadvantage in any way for this, as the team were very understanding and make the interview felt very normal.
