The HR recruiter is very nice, after meeting the HR, I got to the 2nd interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager asked a lot of question, and actually keep asking the same things. It seems that the counterpart in UK is not very supportive and trouble. Hiring manager is very concern how to deal with these people. There is a excel test after 2 interviews. I was able to get the feedback from HR on the same day of interview, which is good.
