The interview was very detailed. Questions asked were very specific in nature. They definitely go by the STAR method. I will say that the recruiter definitely preps you for the interviews so there was no surprise there. However, you still have to prepare individually for how you are going to respond with specific examples and to the follow up questions as well. Sometimes, the interviewers will continue to dig down into a question if they do not feel that you've given them enough specifics of the scenario. So, be very specific in your responses initially but do not ramble. Also, my interviewers were really nice and inviting, but again, that was MY experience.
