It was a three part interview, each segment being 30 minutes. The first was more of your average scenario based set of questions. The second was more technical, and the third was relating to the company culture and how it aligns with your goals. I'm rating it poorly because they decided not to move forward with my application entirely due to the fact they stopped decided to move hiring for the role to a different city. Why even bother interviewing for one location if you're going to pull the rug out from under applicants like that and waste their time?

Was for position which could be remote if not living in the Denver area. All phases were online via Microsoft Teams and they had no issue with initial interview at 7 a.m.

Interview process 3 round and you talk with different people at the company , but they make sure you’re a good fit . Everything is easy would recommend to work at this job if you like customer service
