I sent in my resume and cover letter online and was brought in about 2 weeks later for an interview with several account supervisors and the VP of the media team. The first interview was pretty standard, asking me about my resume, what I knew about digital advertising, and knowledge of media buying. Everyone was friendly and clearly cared about hiring the best person for the job. The next week, I had a follow up interview with more senior members of the company, including the founder, where I was quizzed on my knowledge of Excel and several brainteasers. Although intimidating, these questions showed that the employees want the best and the brightest. A few weeks later, I was hired.

I got an interview invitation after a few days I applied online. The first round was an in-person interview with one of the members of the media team. I was told that there would be a second round of interviews for mathematical questions and for higher management.
