First-round was an initial screening which was a 15-minute phone call. Was asked to walk through my resume. Took about a week to hear back and was invited to the next round, which involved interviewing with teams that were interested in working with you. Mostly behavioral questions and a few questions about Guidepoint and the Associate position. The interviewers were very friendly and engaging.
