Had three interviews and a mock project which was straightforward. I liked the people i met, they seemed happy and interested in my experience and background. It was quick and I got an offer within 2 weeks of the process. Overall straightforward.
I thought the initial call went well and then they never contacted me again. Very unprofessional of them in my opinion, at least reject me rather than ghosting me. It sounded like a cool job too.

Brief Phone Call/easy behavioral questions. Then an in-person interview in New York with 6 different people. All very Friendly people who weren't there to make you nervous. they all asked variations of the same questions
