I applied through my school recruiting office and went through several interviews. Honestly, it was a terrible experience. Never have I witnessed such indifference or apathy in an interviewer. Some interviewers were better than others, but the overall amount of energy and enthusiasm you normally expect, was incredibly lacking. It felt as if no one wanted to be doing the interview, or be at their job in general. The interviewers did not care to really get to know you or see if you are a good fit. There is no genuine interest in what they are doing. Most interviewers rushed through all the questions and finished in ten minutes, barely giving me a chance to answer the questions. I doubt some people even registered what I was saying. I did not get an offer, and I am glad I did not. I would not want to work for a company with people like that. It was such a shock to see, and I doubt I would ever apply again in the future. I hope these interviewers understand they are setting a bad impression for the interviewees.
