First stage was telephone interview with quite straightforward questions. The next stage was a 3.5 face to face interview at their offices which included three separate interviews with five employees and an assessment. With the exception of two interviewers, the whole environment was uncomfortable from the get go, with no room to build rapport. The interviewers were highly ego centric and un-agreeable made obvious through their body language, tonality and phrasing of questions. This gave me a clear indication of the corporate culture. Received an email a few days later stating I was unsuccessful, with absolutely no feedback, which is staggering given that candidates spend 3.5 hours in an interview with several hours of preparation. This experience highly diminished the respectability of the company.
