The interview process was professional and well-organized. The role itself seemed interesting, especially with its focus on energy systems and sustainability consulting. However, I found the experience requirements to be somewhat rigid. Despite having relevant and adjacent experience, there wasn’t much flexibility in how they evaluated fit, which limited the conversation. Good opportunity if your background aligns exactly with their expectations, but less so if you're coming in with transferable skills.
