The recruiter displayed a notable lack of professionalism by missing our scheduled phone conversations twice. The first instance was rescheduled abruptly on the morning of, and the second was attributed to technical difficulties. Unfortunately, the reason for the missed call on the third occasion remains unclear. When we did eventually connect, the recruiter's demeanor was abrasive, lacking in courtesy, and they appeared unfamiliar with the specifics of the role I had applied for. While I acknowledge that unforeseen situations can emerge, punctuality holds significant value as it reflects professionalism and consideration for others' time.
Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
