Entrevista
(2nd time interviewing with Guidehouse) Applied online. Interviewed with recruiter (same recruiter from 1st interview process, but did not remember me), resume was passed to service line VP (same VP from 1st interview process, but did not remember me) who requested additional interviews with team. Recruiter set up interview with selected team member (same director(s) from first interview process...). Recruiter then failed to send actual interview invite (zoom, MS Teams). Ghosted by recruiter. No response via phone or email. Wildly unprofessional for a senior level position effort.
The interview process was disorganized and drawn out over multiple rounds, with long periods of silence in between. There was a lack of transparency from the start—particularly around why the role was open. The way the position and company culture were described during the interviews did not align with the reality. Overall, it felt like a bait-and-switch.
One phone call with recruiter and a second with hiring supervisor. After talking with hiring supervisor, I determined it was not a good fit for me. I ended the interview process.
Both calls were professional.

All remote interviews via Zoom calls. The interview questions were of average difficulty. Many behavioral questions were asked. Many interview sessions in multiple groups. The offer letter took several months. The recruiter was great to work with.
