3 rounds of interviews- one with a peer, one with a director and a case interview with a managing consultant. Process took a bit over 2 months. The process felt a bit disorganized, since and there wasn’t any clear outline as to when to expect next steps. The team seemed nice, and had great feedback during the interviews but it ended without an offer.

why guidehouse? what experience i had with managing one project?
Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
