There were only a handful of steps...Meet with director, human resources and people on the team. Their response was within a reasonable timeframe. The questions seemed to center around cultural fit and previous experience.

Describe the process that you followed to launch a product.
The interview process was disorganized and drawn out over multiple rounds, with long periods of silence in between. There was a lack of transparency from the start—particularly around why the role was open. The way the position and company culture were described during the interviews did not align with the reality. Overall, it felt like a bait-and-switch.
One phone call with recruiter and a second with hiring supervisor. After talking with hiring supervisor, I determined it was not a good fit for me. I ended the interview process.
Both calls were professional.

All remote interviews via Zoom calls. The interview questions were of average difficulty. Many behavioral questions were asked. Many interview sessions in multiple groups. The offer letter took several months. The recruiter was great to work with.
