Review:
I went through a three-round interview process at Guidehouse. The first round was a standard screening call to discuss my background and experience. The second round was technical and fairly challenging, testing both my problem-solving skills and industry knowledge. The final round was behavioral, focusing on culture fit and past experiences. Overall, the process was thorough and professional. I appreciated how each round had a clear purpose, though the technical round was definitely the toughest part.
Tips for Candidates:
Be prepared for in-depth technical questions in the second round.
Practice behavioral questions using the STAR method for the final round.
Research the company’s projects and values beforehand.

Entrevista
Smooth just behavioral talking about experience and connecting - had similar background as my interviewer so it was smooth overall. Was about an hour long and prior to this had a phone call with recruiter.
