The interview process consisted of two phone interviews, then an in-person interview on site. The first phone interview was more of an HR screening interview, while the second was clinically-oriented. The in-person interview was very informal, and involved meeting other staff members, et cetera.

I was contacted quickly after I applied. Been 2 weeks, still no word back from them. The phone interview was an hour and a half, and the interviewer behaved more like an interrogator, but I was fine with it.
