They grill you like you are applying for a much higher position than what you are. The reality is that they are going to be paying you $12/hr. This company needs to get over it self. Many of the questions are situational in nature. They read the many questions they give you off a sheet and they take notes. Overall, not a fun time.

Phone interview with HR and invited to interview onsite. Interview was easy, simple common questions Interviewed with HR and two managers. Received call with a verbal offer. After a negative drug test you would get the written offer with DocuSign.

I was interviewed by two women. They were very nice and understanding that I was nervous. Even offered me water. Asked about my resume for the most part. And were open to questions I had for them.
Autogenic means self-generated or produced from within. It can also refer to autogenic training, a relaxation technique that uses the mind to help the body relax. Autogenic training is similar to meditation and self-hypnosis, and involves a series of exercises that focus attention to different parts of the body. The goal is to help people learn to relax and release muscle tension, which can help with anxiety.
