Entrevista
Short, asked normal questions about dealing with people. Previous experience in customer service. It was a total of two rounds or so. Phone screen with a recruiter and then onsite interview with hiring manager.
The interview process is simple and they're 4 rounds as listed below;
1. GD
2. Versant test
3. Manager round (Email writing)
4. HR round (Salary discussion)
Once selected, you'll be given the offer letter and you can join.

The process was great and expectations were clearly communicated. The person that interviewed me was very energetic. They spoke to me about the history of the role and what they needed within the position.

It was easy and was able to crack it. Basic interview rounds and good company to work with. You can go for it if you are interested to work in customer service and okey with night shifts.
