They contacted me for à buying manager position. I then had an hour Skype interview with a category manager and had to present a swot analysis of the company. The interview was easy and the questions standard. I then had a final interview with the head of buying for half an hour. Questions were more about my personality and how I would handle their work environment than job/skills oriented. He told me I would hear from them in the next two days. I never heard back. It is just very unprofessional especially when you've reach the last stage and that they are the ones who contacted you in the first place.
