The phone interview asks only 5 to 6 questions in a span of 12 mins, it was short and they only asked generic questions. The interviewer is not from where you applied in my experience.

They ask what would you do when facing the difficult customers.
The interview was a Fairly long process.The company does require Drug test and be prepared to speak to different recruiters. The recruiters were from overseas but for the most part they were understandable.

Entrevista
Face to face, went well. Manager asked simple questions and showed me around the center. Took a few weeks to get back to me about a job offer. That was the most stressful part of the interview process.
