Standard IT Interview Process. First contact with the Recruiter, asking questions about the current position, experience, expectations... Then one technical interview where they ask a variety of generic technical questions on a variety of topics. A second technical interview is then performed, asking questions that are more relevant to a given project. Finally a last non-technical interview with the Hiring Manager, where the fit in the team is discussed.
