I was invited for a telephonic round. they asked to be present with Laptop but then they didn't call at the scheduled time. They re scheduled again but still they couldn't call at the agreed time. Third time they called interviewer asked to be arrange pen and paper. Was asked to write complete code on paper and hen dictate the code to him. when did that he "accused" me of copying code from internet . I strongly replied to him and ended the call. It was very unprofessional . They neither have respect for other person time nor the manners to talk with a person having 10 years of experience.
