Met with manager, regional manager, criminal background check 5 panel drug test. The test was a urine test, only 5 basic panels no benzodiazapines. I was worried about that cause I'm prescribed them for sleeping, but no one ever asked about it.
Pretty casual, basic questions- make it seem like they’ll give you the job then ghost you but that seems to be a thing for many individuals! Not very negotiable on salary, immediately hit with a budget excuse
I would say that the Interview process was fairly simple. Very Straight forward questions. My interview process lasted a total of two days. I interviewed with the raleigh north carolina leasing division.

I was working in a management position when ownership decided it was best to have Greystar take over managing their properties. I interviewed with Greystar and was offered a leasing position.
