30 minutes in person interview with Assistant Property Manager and Community Manager. Started it off by getting to know you first and why apply for Leasing? Asked questions about new position. Got to know the property and asked questions on job description, etc
The process was streamlined and straight to the point. There was a 3 round interview process, offer initiated and background check that took about 2 days to clear for hire.

A hiring manager reached out and we had a casual email back and forth. We set up a phone interview time as I was going to be relocating out of state to work there possibly. The conversation was easy, she was upbeat. Texted me within the hour to let me know I would be getting the job!

What is your experience in leasing? How do you connect with clients of differing needs and wants.
Relatively simple process, 1 call, 1 interview. Basic questions on experience and skills. Overall, enjoyed the process and everyone was friendly and helpful. Overall, took about one and a half weeks for the whole process.
