I interviewed with Greystar in Ventura, March 2022. The interview was easy. She basically told me the property is a lease up and described what the property would be like once it was done building. She asked minimal questions, and when she did, she listened attentively. I put my application 5:30pm on a Thursday, received a call the same day at 6:30pm, interviewed 10:30am, the next day on Friday, and was offered the position at 4:00pm the same day I interviewed.
