I discovered this internship at my university's internship fair, where I met the company's head of recruiting. We exchanged a resume for a business card before conducting a phone interview, which ended with an offer.
The interview process consisted of 2 interviews. The first one was with the recruiter and the second one was with the community and regional manager of the property. Overall, everyone was friendly and the interview was conversational
