Take-home weekend case study: Given three markets, asked to select one, create a presentation and model supporting your decision.
Final in-office interview: postponed until further notice

Entrevista
1x interview, followed by a financial model case study. Run of the mill process for an investment role. Financial model case study was very similar to those online for REIT roles. Build a model from provided assumptions and generated an unlevered IRR, EM & leveraged IRR. Included both a senior and mezz facility to model out.

Entrevista
Screening interview, model test + follow up interview with various members of the investment side of the business. Model test was standard cashflow exercise and interviews weren't very technical, more motivations focused.
