Interview process was introductory call followed by excel test. Excel test really focuses on presentation and aesthetics, the actual work wasn't difficult. Overall positive experience and plan to keep in touch in the future, as they don't typically hire inexperienced candidates.

Entrevista
The interview process consists of four steps. The first is a phone call with Beth, which is a 30-minute interview where the details of the role are explained to you with a couple of general questions about your background. The second step is an Excel modeling assignment, which you are given three hours to complete. The third step is a case study with Chris, and the fourth step is a final round at their location in Providence (note: not covered!) and is a mix of a larger case study with more Excel. You'll also get the chance to have lunch with the other analysts/associates there.
In terms of what you need to know, basic Excel functions (up to VLOOKUP) and knowing your way around Excel is definitely helpful. Being able to do quick, simple multiplication in your head will also help.
In terms of the experience, I definitely recommend trying your best and going through with the entire process. Beth, Chris, and everyone else at the office were all incredibly nice and intelligent. It's a nice trip to Providence (cute small town). I would describe it as a super fun crash course on niche strategy consulting where you get to have five instructors--a great learning experience and a great experience overall.

Besides simple multiplication, some logic and common sense-based questions. For example, reasons why a consumer might want to purchase a certain product, or when a company might be concerned about a competitor usurping its market share, etc.

Entrevista
Four sections:
First a phone screening - just a basic conversation to see where you're at and answer any general questions you have.
Then an excel assessment - this is moderately difficult but since you are given 3 hours to work on it, there shouldn't be many issues. Given data and asked to project a market share.
Third is a skype case interview - this was rather simple especially compared to case interviews at larger companies like Capital One or Bain. Pretty straightforward as you talk about a market sizing of radio towers in an area. You will be tested on simple quick math.
The last round is in person and lasts around 5-6 hours total times but this includes an hour or so eating lunch. It is split into 3 sections and you initially talk through the case to the whole team at the beginning of each section and get any background information. You are then given a computer with an excel file with ~10 sheets and have to sift through the data to create charts that are asked of you.
My only complaint about the final round is that any time you ask a question, everyone on the team surrounds you and looks over your shoulder as Chris asks you questions. It definitely causes unnecessary pressure and can't possibly do a good job measuring someone's actual ability.
After going through the whole process, it seems like a really solid firm that works on impactful work.
