      Entrevista

      After completing the initial recruiter call, which was positive and informative, they informed me that I would be moved forward. I received a take home assessment with a mock customer question. The question was a a pretty standard question for a product support role. I submitted my reply addressing each of the three points that they had listed that they wanted us to consider when replying, however I received an update that I was not being moved forward due to missing half of the elements of product information that they look for in a response (unsure what this meant?). Of course that was a bummer to hear, and I responded to the recruiter thanking them for their time, and asked for feedback and clarity about what was missed, so I can learn from the experience. I, like others have recently mentioned in their reviews, never heard back. Obviously I didn’t provide what they were looking for, but this left me with a negative impression.
