The interview process was very thorough and is actually covered by one of their blog posts I believe. From the start to the finish, it was a very professional interview with very timely responses. I applied online and within 2 days I was contacted by a representative from the company. First round there is a phone interview with a current Sales Development Representative. The purpose is to have candidates get a feel for the company while talking to someone who is currently doing the job. The company, in turn, also gets a feel for you and sees if you're a right fit. I was then invited for an in-office interview. As many other interviewees stated, it is a marathon session of interviews (6 in a 3-4 hour time span), with a coffee break (with another current SDR) near the end of the interview. I had a few interviews with people in their sales team, so these are interviews that are targeted to your specific job position. There also a "culture interview" where they asked targeted questions related to how you think, the type of person you are, etc. I'm not too sure where they came up with the questions, but I do know that it seemed like a very "feel" based interview. They feel you out and see if you would be a good match to their culture. Overall, there is great exposure to the various moving parts of the company. There are tons of opportunities for you to ask questions and get to know exactly what Greenhouse does.
