If you are a shark and top sales guy and want to work here! Dont Apply! Chances are you wont get hired! I thought it was a lie from another post I saw here so I was confident I was going to get hired and apply to the company, Went through all interviews, last one is onsite interview is with like 15 people separate turns different departments, they all want to have a feeling about you and I guess they voted at the end see if they want you or not! They all ask you the same questions at least very similar If you get to the end of the interview chances are you are going to get out of that office super confident about it bc they are so welcoming and nice people, but wait a few days later for the BIG news ! “You didnt show passion for sales” 😅😂. When your Resume is 4+ year as top sales rep with results proven for different industries + experience and extra knowledge in other stuff(side hustle/entrepreneurship hustle that can def help the company as I have seen their horrible ads on FB, and you get told that the reason they didn’t want to hire you because you didn’t show passion enough for sales” is not even sad lol, is just confusing and a big offense and funny at same time! So yea, i guess they don’t hire top candidates but average sales people ! IAnd believe me, personality also is a big thing but I know that was not the reason they didn’t hire me bc you can tell when you connect really well with their team !!! Overall amazing company amazing experience. Amazing product! Amazing People ! Super Weird Hiring Process ( not clear as to what they really want if average candidate or mediocre or the less experience the better or what? Def not top candidates they wont hire those!
