I kicked off the process by reaching out directly to the design lead to express my interest. That led to a quick screening call with recruiting, followed very quickly by a meeting with the design lead I'd reached out to. He mentioned during the meeting that he'd appreciated me taking the time to reach out. After the initial interview, I advanced to an onsite interview loop with a member of the dev team, one of the project managers, and another designer, followed by a quick chat with HR. Unfortunately that's as far as I made it in the process, but I was told that the next step would have been a take-home design exercise and a presentation to a few other members of the team. Overall I felt like I was treated very well throughout the interview process, and enjoyed my interactions with the team. This is a good group of people!
